Layer Beef, Gravy, Corn, Butter and Potato Mash into a Bread Pan or Small Casserole.
Bake at 350º F for 30 to 45 minutes, or until completely hot in the center.

In, a medium stainless steel bowl, add first three ingredients, and set over a double boiler (so bowl fits over entire pan of simmering water). Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, for approximately 5 minutes, or until mix doubles in size and thickens to a custard-type consistency. Set aside and cool on counter completely.
In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, approximately 5 minutes.
Fold whipped cream into completely cooled custard mix, until completely incorporated. Place a skewer in each wedge of pear, and arrange on serving tray.
