Pale Yellow in Color; Light Bodied; Short Finish.
Aromatics: (13 pts) Granny Smith Apples, Lemon, Lime, Orange, and a hint of White Peppercorns on the back.
Taste: (13 pts) Peaches, Lemon, Lime, Pineapple, with a hint of Grapefruit on the finish.
Overall Combo: (16 pts) Nice high acidity. Not overly sweet. Semi-dry finish. These properties make this a great summer wine in my opinion.
Total: 42 Points
Featured with Pan Seared Scallops in a Sambuca Cream Sauce. Acidity kept it from being overpowered by the cream. The sweetness paired well with the sweet scallops and sauce. Cleansed the pallete nicely.
