Soak bread in milk, until all the milk is absorbed.

Mix all ingredients in a large stainless steel bowl. Using a 3 oz ice cream scoop, portion out the mixed meat onto a cookie sheet.

Bake in a 375°F oven for approx. 20 minutes.

In a medium sauce pot, saute onion and garlic in oil. Add basil, wine and pepper.

After reducing wine by about half, add tomatoes. Break the tomatoes up and allow to cook down for about a half hour on very low heat.

Add The Edge to taste.
