Marinated Chicken Ingredients

Marinated Chicken Procedure:

Mix wet ingredients and corn starch in a medium bowl – add chicken strips and marinate for about an hour

Stir Fry Ingredients

pound Chicken Breast Sliced into thin strips
1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 teaspoon Oyster sauce
¼ Cup Chicken Stock
1 Tablespoon Corn Starch
½ teaspoon The Edge

Stir Fry Procedure:

Saute ginger and garlic in oil over medium high heat in a large wok-like skillet. Gently drain chicken from marinade and saute in flavored oil. Add all vegetables and saute until they start to wilt. Add sauces and stock, and bring to simmer.

In a small bowl, mix corn starch and stock into a slurry, and add to simmering broth and cook for about two minutes.

Optional: Top with unlisted crunchy toppers like crispy won ton, chow mein noodles or toasted sesame seeds.

½ Cup Crimini mushrooms Sliced
½ Cup Oyster mushroom Sliced
½ Cup Shitake mushroom Sliced
½ Cup Mung bean sprouts
½ Cup Bok choy Chopped
½ Cup Celery Sliced on a sharp bias
Tablespoons Oyster sauce
Tablespoons Soy sauce
3 Cup Chicken stock Split, 2 Cups & 1 Cup
1 Tablespoon Corn starch
½ Cup White rice Pre-cooked
