New episodes are released every two weeks on Sundays. These are usually be around 15-25 minutes long.  We will try to give you a wide variety of styles of food with a background of good heavy music.

Ginger Beef Stir Fry

We give you a delicious and simple Asian meal. Ginger Beef Stir Fry served over Lo Mein Noodles.

This whole dish can be cooked in about 10 minutes and pairs nicely with a light Pinot Noir, such as the 2008 Stephen Vincent Pinot Noir.
